At Fat Cat Gourmet, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your gourmet items.
Submit Documentation
Provide clear photographs of the damaged product or shipping box to help us process your claim and improve our packaging.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Resolution
A replacement will be shipped immediately at no cost, or a full refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
